Wokingham is one of the wealthiest towns in England – but it’s also one of the most expensive places to live, and not everyone has an income that lets them manage. We don’t think anyone in Wokingham should go hungry, or have to choose between eating or heating and lighting their home. That’s why we provide a minimum of three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us buy one of the 70 care agencies who we work with in Wokingham. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
